I want to share this fabulous juice detox drink that a friend recommend. She drank this a few years back for 2 weeks to lower cholesterol. It also helps to lower blood pressure. You can have it everyday if you have health issues or just once a week to detox.
1/4 cucumber, 1/4 bitter melon, 1 green apple, 1/2 green pepper, 2 celery stalks
1. Wash all ingredients
2. Seeded green apple, bitter melon, green pepper
3. Put all ingredients into a juicer
4. Do not add water
Taste relatively sweet (green apple and cucumber neutralizes the bitterness of bitter melon)
Exceptionally good at preventing high blood pressure, cholesterol disorders and constipation.
1. Not suitable for female during monthly periods
2. Filter the pulp if you wish
3. Drink within 10 minutes after juicing
4. Best effect on empty stomach, recommended drinking first thing in the morning
5. Try to have it at least once a week.
